1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BizExpress, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing BizExpress.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use BizExpress for personal, business, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than as intended
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payments
BizExpress offers various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added to your payment.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription term you select when purchasing. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.
4. Service Availability and Reliability
BizExpress is committed to providing a reliable and high-quality SaaS platform with a target uptime of 99.99%. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, which we will attempt to perform during non-business hours or with reasonable advance notice when possible.
- Unscheduled system outages may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, force majeure events, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or security threats.
- While we leverage enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure from trusted providers including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), occasional disruptions to service may occur.
- We implement rigorous backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures to minimize any potential downtime.
You acknowledge that temporary service disruptions may occur, and BizExpress is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from such disruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled. Your sole remedy for any service unavailability will be outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) applicable to your subscription tier.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on BizExpress are provided on an 'as is' basis. BizExpress makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, BizExpress does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall BizExpress or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BizExpress, even if BizExpress or a BizExpress authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
You specifically acknowledge and agree that BizExpress shall not be liable for:
- Any downtime or service interruptions, including those resulting from maintenance activities, security updates, or technical issues
- Any loss of business, revenue, or profits due to service unavailability
- Any data loss, corruption, or breach that occurs despite our reasonable security measures
- Any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
Our maximum liability for any damages, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BizExpress during the three (3) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
7. Data Security and Infrastructure
BizExpress uses industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver our services. These platforms provide enterprise-grade security, redundancy, and scalability. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.
You acknowledge that:
- The security and backup of your account credentials and any data you download from our platform remains your responsibility
- We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data
- We maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize service disruptions
- Our infrastructure undergoes regular security assessments and updates
8. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on BizExpress could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BizExpress does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. BizExpress may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
9. Links
BizExpress has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BizExpress of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
10. Modifications

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
